C 381664, with its registered office in Nupaky, Czech Republic ("Flotier", "we", "us"). For the purposes of the GDPR, Windees s.r.o. is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us directly, through one of the forms on this site (General enquiry, Portfolio assessment request, Investor enquiry, or Partner application). Depending on which form you use, this can include:
We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or any special category of data (Art. 9 GDPR), and our forms do not ask for them. Every form also includes a hidden "honeypot" field used only to detect automated spam submissions — it is invisible to human visitors and is never used to identify you.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or any advertising/tracking scripts on this website. No behavioural or usage profile is built from your visit.
We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to answer a question, evaluate a partnership or investment interest, or assess a building portfolio you've described. Submitting a form sends its content, by email, to our own inbox (info@flotier.com); we reply directly to the email address you provided.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, do not sell it, and do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run this website and deliver your enquiry to us. They only ever see the data needed to perform their service, under their own data-processing terms:

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business record-keeping (for example, to refer back to a past investor or partner conversation), after which it is deleted. This site is served exclusively over HTTPS/TLS, and our form endpoint enforces a set of security HTTP headers (HSTS, CSP, and others), input validation and length limits, spam-honeypot detection, and Cloudflare rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. Our email provider's API credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed in the website's code.

This website and its forms are intended for business use by adults (building owners, investors, partners, and press) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
